LSE Owner, Academic Director, Teacher, Cambridge ESOL Speaking examiner
Teaching and being around young children and teenagers is my greatest passion. I love helping children master a new language and I marvel at their accomplishments every single day. I have taught English for more than twenty years now and I can honestly say I have enjoyed every minute. After graduating from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, from where I obtained my BA in English Language and Literature, I returned to Cyprus to work as an English teacher for a year and decide what my next step would be. After a year of working I decided I wanted to continue with my studies and so I moved to the UK to do my MPhil in Education, The educational and Social Context of Psychological Development at the University of Cambridge. During my stay in Cambridge I worked as a teacher of Greek and English, and I attended several lectures and seminars by some of the leading educators in the field. As soon as I returned to Cyprus I worked as an English teacher for a private Institute and four years later I started my own business. Besides being an English language facilitator, I also design all new language curriculum and prepare all materials for every English language programme offered in LSE. I embrace innovation and new teaching practices, and I like integrating new technologies in our courses.
Limassol School of English was founded in 2011 and has been my second home ever since. I am a mother of two, a girl and a boy, but I think of all my students as my children. My philosophy in life is to give wholeheartedly and to learn something new every day.

Being a native speaker of the English language only made it easier for me when it came to choosing a career path. I studied English language and literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and have been teaching English for over 10 years. I love my job as each day is completely different to the next and I try to make lessons as interesting as possible for my students.

I hold a BA in English Language and Literature from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) as well as an MEd in Special Educational Needs from the Exeter University (UK).
